  • What is the minimum length of an engagement?
    The minimum commitment is only 3 months.
  • Where are your recruiters located?
    We are a global organization, however our lead recruiters are all located in the United States.
  • Are your recruiters employees of Emerge Talent Cloud?
    Yes. All of our recruiters are W2 employees of our company.
  • Do you specialize in any one particular industry?
    We recruit across a wide range of skill sets and industries, however we do have the following core practice areas: Information Technology Engineering Executive Search Non-Profit Finance & Accounting Sales & Marketing Healthcare Manufacturing eCommerce
  • How long has Emerge been around?
    We were founded in 2012.
  • Will your recruiters be branded with the client’s email address?
    Yes, just like a solo Cloud Recruiter does.
  • Can the assigned recruiter work inside of the client’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System)?
    Yes, just like a solo Cloud Recruiter does.
  • Who manages the recruiter?
    Our recruitment services are team based. Every engagement includes a delivery manager, senior recruiter(s), and a recruitment marketing specialist.
  • What if I don't have an ATS (applicant tracking system)?
    No problem, we have an ATS that our clients can use while engaged with our services.
  • How many reqs can a single recruiter handle at one time?
    8 to 12, depending on the type, level and complexity of the reqs.
  • How many submittals should I expect to get a week?
    The number of submittals per week is dependent upon several variables such as the type of role, the complexity of the responsibilities, and how competitive the pay is for the role. You only need a few outstanding candidates to fill a role, so we focus on quality and not quantity. In addition to daily interaction and collaboration, we have structured metrics and activity meetings on a weekly basis to ensure we are meeting and exceeding your expectations.
  • Is there an extra cost for tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc?
    No. All tools and resources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, are included.
  • Do you recruit outside of the United States?
    Yes, we recruit in most geographies across the globe.
  • Do you recruit passive candidates?
    Most of our engagements are for hard-to-fill positions that require us to find candidates who are not on job boards, nor are they necessarily looking for another position. We have a reputation for filling positions that other recruiters deemed un-fillable.
  • How soon can you start?
    Usually within a week or two depending on the size and scope of the engagement.
  • Do you provide activity and metrics reports?
    Most definitely. We use a combination of JazzHR and Basecamp, and will customize reports to give you exactly what you need. You will also be able to watch us working real-time, as we provide live links into our activity trackers.
